New Installations
We provide new installation to accommodate most building types-commercial, residential, material lifts, dumbwaiters and stair-lifts. We coordinate with contractors and other trades to make job completion easier.
Modernization
We modernize existing equipment to meet current codes. We can also modernize to improve reliability and improve cosmetic appearance. Modernizing your elevator equipment keeps your elevator safer, increases your property value and can reduce power consumption. We install non-proprietary equipment, allowing the building owner the freedom to choose their maintenance provider.
Residential Elevators
We install a variety of home elevator products to accomodate all budgets and designs. We provide safety features such as light rays, to stop elevator movement during unsafe conditions, and solid gates.
